motivational theory to fit in my company context isHertzberg’s
Two-Factor Theory. The theory is the best as it puts into
consideration to elements,which is the motivation and hygiene. In a
healthcare organization, the working environment maybe challenging
to the workers. There is the need to ensure there is motivation and
