Technology can play a significant role inthe transformation of
assessment, learning, and teaching practices among students and
teachersin the education system for the 21st century. The digital
literacy department is aware that thecurrent schools and teachers
are in constant engagement in developing strategies for
enhancingthe methods of teaching, learning, and assessment. The
most essential part in the continuousimprovement of the education
system involves enabling students to acquire efficient ways
oflearning effectively through the incorporation of the ICT in the
education system especially inelementary schools (Fluck et al.,
2016). Every education system at the international level isaware of
the challenges experienced in the integration of ICT, and
therefore, the schools thatneed to apply it are supposed to have
rigid support and guidance to achieve it. Most of theelementary
schools are said to be unaware of what the digital literacy is
comprised of andtherefore, it is hard for them to achieve it
without first undergoing through comprehensiveguidance. The
